I'm interested in ideas of curiosity, attention, wonder, imagination, interpretation and resourcefulness. I explore the everyday things and places amongst which I find myself, and I tend to agree with Brian Eno that ‘if you don’t call it art, it’s usually more interesting’. I write what is best described as creative non-fiction, as well as working with photography and the moving image; sometimes I venture a little drawing. I'm currently pursuing my fascination for artists books and independent publishing, through my own imprint, the Pam Flett Press. Living and working in Brighton, UK, I am also Senior Lecturer in Fine Art at Nottingham Trent University.
