COMPETITION 
Marc de Montalembert Prize, Greece

The Marc de Montalembert Foundation and the Institut national d’histoire de l’art (INHA) joined together to establish the Marc de Montalembert Prize. This award of 8000 euros aims to foster the completion of an individual research dedicated to expand the knowledge of Mediterranean arts and culture. In addition, the selected candidate will be offered the opportunity to stay in residence at the Marc de Montalembert Foundation’s headquarters in Rhodes, Greece.
 
 
The Manifest Prize : ONE, Cincinnati, Ohio
Deadline: 8 December, 2010
From among hundreds or thousands to select ONE single work to be exhibited in the Parallel Space at Manifest Gallery in Cincinnati from January 21 through February 18, 2011. This work will be the recipient of the new MANIFEST PRIZE, a cash award to a single work selected by our rigorous jury process

Galeria Cero - International Photography Prize, Madrid

CERO gallery presents the first Galería Cero International Photography Prize. The Galería CERO prize is launched into the art world as the largest monetary prize for photography in Spain, as its first prize is worth €18,000 and its second prize is worth €3,000. Sculpture Space International Residency Program, NY

Twenty artists are selected each year to receive a $2,000 stipend to help pay their residency expenses. The selection is made by the Sculpture Space Review Committee and a rotating guest panelist. Artists are notified in March of the panel's decision. Primary criteria are quality, originality, and potential for growth.
